The Author
I’m Lawgirl, 30-something, recently engaged. I live with my fiance, The Veteran, and our two cats, Wondercatt and Miss Thing. If you would like to know more about me, check out my Random Things. Everything and everyone on here has a pseudonym so that the innocent and not-so-innocent may be protected. If you are confused on whom everyone is, take a look at my The Cast.
I am a corporate trainer based here in Columbus, Ohio. When I write about specific instances at work, I leave them up for about 12 hours and after that they are password-protected. If I know and trust you, I will give you the password.
Posts about specific family events have also been protected. My family does not have access to this blog and I would prefer to keep it that way. If you want the password to those, please email me.
The Blog
This blog is mine – my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, my memories. If you wish to disagree, you are certainly welcome to post a comment regarding that. Comments that introduce a constructive and thoughtful discussion are welcome. Comments that are simply rude and trashy will be deleted.
Comments that go on and on forever ad nauseum will be deleted as well. If you have a lot to say, please get your own blog – they’re free! Or, you can email me – my contact information is to the right of this post. In the end, this is my blog where I express MY views. My blog = my rules.

Hi – I’m coming over to leave my mark…I figure it’s about time, right? I mean, I have to tell you CONGRATS! on your engagement…if you need any pointers…been there, done that and about killed everyone in the process.
We all survived though. So, I guess that’s a success.
And – thanks for the little shout out on your post today. It makes ME smile knowing I can make someone ELSE smile…or giggle. I love that…cause no one thought I was funny growing up. They all thought I was weird – or being mean. Apparently the sarcasm didn’t QUITE hit its intended target…
Ok, I think I’ve gone on long enough…
Yay!! I’m so glad that you came over!!
We have decided to skip the insanity and we’ll just elope. Soooo much easier.
You do make me giggle!! Today’s post about the yelling but not yelling was classic!!
