Don’t do Walmart. I would have to be starving and down to my last dollar.

Ron – lol. Try the Kroger in Grandview – that has just as scary people in it.

Angel – I hear ya. I reject them a lot for the way they’ve treated their employees. Next thing you’ll know, I’ll be shopping at Aldi’s.

Katie – I know, it’s SUCH a pretty grocery store. And everything is soooooo good.

Sparky – Yeah, I need to give up my $4.50/day habit at Starbucks. That’s practically a gallon of gas right there!!

I’m with Angel – I really try to boycott Wal Mart and for the most part I’ve been successful. Have only spent money there 2-3 times in the past three years.

Plus I hate the people who go there. If you wait until night to avoid them, then the people at night aren’t just annoying – they’re dangerous.

I’m not to the point where I’m going to give up my boycott, but I’m starting to feel the pinch. I’m trying little things first – buying coffee creamer and drinking crappy work coffee instead of Starbucks etc.

god i love Whole Foods. except i was making salads that weighed about 10 pounds and cost about 20 bucks so i had to stop going there so much. but i LOVE that place.

I boycotted Wal-Mart for many years. Even last year, my entire first year of graduate school: No Wal-Mart.

However, after adjusting to a 60% decrease in annual income (after the divorce) then, a year later, another 40% decrease in annual income (grad school), I succumbed to the low, low prices. :/

I’ve shopped at WalMart and it is cheaper. With that said the freakiest people I’ve ever seen hang out in there so I still shop at Kroger for the most part. I guess I’m paying for the upscale shopping LOL
