Expression is necessary in life, if you want to grow. In fact, it’s the only way to show the world what you feel, while opening the door to feedback from others. Debate and conflicting opinions aren’t necessary bad things — they are often the key to improving yourself. So don’t shy away from voicing your thoughts just because you think they will tick off everyone in the room. Getting a discussion going gives everyone the opportunity to learn something — or to solidify their own positions even further.
