because you don’t even look like you anymore. And that means you’ve overdone it. Plastic surgery is meant to enhance what you already have – not change you into a stranger.

Madonaa has had sooooo much plastic surgery she really does not look like herself any longer. She definitlay had Sculptra, Juverderm and botox at the very least but her skin is so tight @ 49 and that you can’t achieve without a facelift of some sort, I always looked 5-8 years younger than my actual age until 47ish, now ppl say I look great “for my age” and I have had Sculptra, Juvederm & Botox, had I done nothing I would still look ok for my age but nothing like Madonna who looks like she is in her late 30’s. Marie Osmand and and Valeri Bertinelli are not fooling anyone either, they both had work done but think we are stupid enough to think by losing weight you suddenly look years younger in your face????? Not happeneing guys, admit you had Plastic surgery, all of you!!!!!!!!!!!! I did!
