Update on 2008 Goals
1. Eating more vegetarian stuff. And again, I have been. This week’s goal is to give up my McDonald’s breakfasts every morning. Not only am I going to replace it with a vegetarian breakfast, but I’m also going to save money. Since Dec 1, I have spent $222 on Mickie D’s. I’m giving that up this week. I have purchased vegetarian breakfast meals. It’s roughly reducing my breakfast cost from $6 to $2 per day.
2. To join a local hospital’s health center: I’m the dumbass who dropped the ball on this one. I saw my doctor – and forgot to take the referral form. So tomorrow morning I’m going to print the form and send it over.
3. Charitable act: AND 5. Charity walking: I just combined these. I have joined the Cleveland 3 Day Walk for Breast Cancer. It’s 60 miles total. 20 miles per day. It was $90 to register, so that is my charitable act for the month of January. I have created a team. If you would like to be part of the team or donate, please email me at lawgirlblogger@gmail.com. If I can figure out a way to make the team visible without revealing my true identity to those who don’t know it, I will let you know.
4. Seminars: I have looked at the schedule and am making decisions.
All in all, it’s going pretty well.
